Return for Refund/Replacement



NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCTS?

If you are not satisfied with our product for whatsoever reasons, you can return it for a REFUND within 15 days of purchase (for Online Purchase, 15 days starts from the date of receiving the product). Simply fill in the Money Back Guarantee form which maybe included inside the product and then send the product with the form along with the receipt (as proof of purchase) to our address as listed in Contact Us. You have to pay your own shipping charges if you send the product to us by courier. Please take note that you keep the product in a good saleable condition before returning it (opened BUT unused products can also be returned for REFUND).

Once we receive your returned product (in good saleable condition of course), we will contact you to initiate the REFUND procedure.
 



I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FORM INSIDE THE PRODUCT, WHAT CAN I DO?

No worries. You can use our e-MBG form by clicking here.

PLEASE send out the product by courier to use first, then only fill in the e-MBG form later. This is because you will need to fill in the courier tracking number in the e-MBG form. Please ensure that you fill in the e-MBG form for REFUND within 15 days of purchase. Date of sending out the product to us doesn't count as 'within 15 days of purchase' rule.

OR

If you are sending the product to us personally, you do not have to fill in the e-MBG form. Just drop into our office in Puchong within 15 days of purchase and bring along the receipt (as proof of purchase) for the REFUND procedure.
 



REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCT DURING DELIVERY

If any purchased products show signs of external damage at the time of delivery, please notify us through telephone (03-8052 2977) or WhatsApp (012-237 9174) within 48 hours of receiving the product. Then simply return the damaged product to our address as listed in Contact Us (shipping charges will be reimbursed back to you upon receiving the damaged product). Product must be in their original packaging in shrink wrapping, unopened and unused. In replacement of the damaged product, we will post out a new one to you at no extra cost. Damaged products are not eligible for refunds, ONLY replacements.
 



ORDER DISCREPANCIES

In the event of order discrepancies, please notify us through telephone (03-8052 2977) or WhatsApp (012-237 9174) within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please return the incorrect product to our address as listed in Contact Us (shipping charges will be reimbursed back to you upon receiving the incorrect product). Incorrect product must be in their original packaging in shrink wrapping, unopened and unused. We will then contact you, and post out the correct product to you. Order discrepancies are not eligible for refund, ONLY replacement.
 



MISSING COMPONENTS IN A PRODUCT

In the event of missing components in a product, please notify us through telephone (03-8052 2977) or WhatsApp (012-237 9174) within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once all details of the missing components have been finalized, we will post them out to you within 2 working days. Products that have missing components are NOT eligible for refund or replacement.
