NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCTS?
If you are not satisfied with out product for whatsoever reasons, you can return it for a REFUND within 15 days of purchase (refer definition below). Simply fill in the Money Back Guarantee form which may be included inside the product and then send the product with the form along with the receipt (as proof of purchase) to our address as listed in Contact Us. You have to pay your own shipping charges if you send the product to us by courier service. We will only refund the amount equivalent to our published normal retail price as per our website OR amount as per your attached receipt, whichever is lower.
Please take note that you must keep the product in a 'good saleable condition' (refer definition below) before returning it to us. Once we receive your returned product (in a 'good saleable condition'), we will contact you to initiate the REFUND procedure. If received returned product is NOT in a 'good saleable condition', SPM has the absolute right NOT to refund. Whenever you are in doubt whether or not your product is in 'good saleable condition', please contact us by WhatsApp to check.
If you come personally to our office to return the product, please come during our working days Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We DO NOT open during Saturdays, Sundays and Selangor Public Holidays. Please WhatsApp us to make an appointment before you come.

PLEASE send out the product by courier to us first, then only fill in the e-MBG form later. This is because you will need to fill in the courier tracking number in the e-MBG form. Please ensure that you fill in the e-MBG form for REFUND within 15 days of purchase (refer definition below). Date of sending out the product to us doesn't count as within 15 days of purchase rule.

'Good saleable condition' product has one of the following conditions:
1. Unopened shrink wrap box packaging, OR
2. Torn opened shrink wrap packaging BUT its content in original 'exit factory' and unused condition.
15 days of purchase include working days, Saturdays, Sundays and Selangor Public Holidays. The FIRST day of purchase starts from:
1. If you purchased it from a physical retail shop, the FIRST day starts from the day you BOUGHT the product, OR
2. If you purchased it online, the FIRST day starts from the day you RECEIVE the product.
